I’m Dennisson, your personal coach with several years of experience helping busy individuals cut through the noise of the fitness industry to build strength, confidence, and balance.

My coaching goes beyond the gym, it’s about clarity, structure, and a plan that fits your life. Forget endless cardio or random workouts. I use science-backed training, habit building, and accountability to help you work smarter, not just harder.

I also believe you should understand what you’re doing. I explain why each exercise is chosen and how it fits into your overall program so you’re not just following a plan, you’re learning the strategy behind it. This way you become an active partner in your fitness journey and gain the knowledge to train with purpose.

Whether you want to drop 5+ kg, hit your first pull-up, rehab an injury, or simply feel stronger and more at home in your body, I’ll guide, challenge, and support you every step of the way.
