Anyone coachable who wants steady progress without fixed session times -- whether you train at home or in a gym, beginner to advanced.
What equipment do I need? +
Whatever you already have. I'll tailor your plan to work with your available equipment and space -- at home or in a gym setting.
How do check-ins work? +
You'll complete a quick weekly form in the BridgeAthletic app (where you'll also receive your workouts). You can also send me updates via WhatsApp; we'll adjust your plan as needed.
Can I pause or cancel? +
You'll receive a personalised 8-week workout plan. After that minimum period, you can cancel anytime; one pause is available per quarter.
Is my purchase refundable? +
Yes -- if the program doesn't meet your expectations in the first 4 weeks, contact me directly so we can discuss the issues and arrange a refund.
How personalized is the coaching? +
Every plan is built for your goals, schedule, and resources -- no generic templates.
Will I get nutrition guidance too? +
Yes. I'll provide nutrition recommendations and adjustments to complement your training. (I'm not a dietitian or nutritionist, but I can guide you toward better options to help you reach your goals safely.)
How much access do I have to you? +
You'll have direct WhatsApp access for questions between check-ins. I aim to reply within 24 hours.
What happens after the program ends? +
You can continue with ongoing coaching, upgrade or downgrade to what suits you best, or finish and still have access to your workouts in the app for 2 weeks. If you'd like copies of your workouts, you can request them.
