Want a more tailored coaching experience — but with the buzz of a group?

Introducing Semi-Private Group Workouts. Train with a partner or join my team sessions in a small group (max 8 people) focused on intensity, form and community. These sessions are built for real progress in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Even in a group setting, your training stays personal. Each participant receives a customised workout plan for “homework” so you keep progressing between sessions and stay aligned with your goals.
